Terms of service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of purashopping.com and purchases from Pura. Our store is powered by Shopify. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement or use the store with appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, unauthorized data collection, or interference with its security or operation.

Products, prices, and availability

Product details, availability, prices, and offers may change. We work to present products clearly, but screen settings can affect the appearance of colors and images. Review the product description, selected options, quantities, and checkout total before ordering.

We may correct an error or decline an order for reasons such as stock availability, payment problems, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information. If an affected order has already been paid, we will contact you and arrange any refund that is due.

Your purchase agreement

Purchases through this store are made with Pura, not Shopify. Pura is responsible for its products, order fulfillment, customer service, and published return policy. Shopify supplies the ecommerce technology and payment services where applicable; it does not act as the seller of Pura products.

Payments and orders

Available payment methods and the final charges are shown at checkout. An order confirmation records your order details. Keep it for your records. For payment questions, see Payment Methods.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We can only accommodate changes before fulfillment progresses too far, and cannot guarantee changes after preparation or dispatch.

Delivery and returns

Estimated shipping time is 7–10 days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or customs. See our Shipping Policy for shipping charges, tracking, and delivery help.

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt. Our Return & Refund Policy explains conditions, authorization, exclusions, and refund timing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Website content and feedback

Our text, graphics, branding, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.

Any review or message you submit must be honest, lawful, and respect others’ rights. Do not include confidential information or content you are not authorized to share. We may remove abusive, unlawful, misleading, or irrelevant submissions.

Third-party services and privacy

Payment, delivery, tracking, and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms. External links do not make us responsible for an unrelated provider’s website or services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used when you shop with us.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, website services are provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory product protections, or remedies expressly promised in our policies.

Changes and interpretation

We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. The version applicable when you place an order governs that purchase, subject to applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are interpreted consistently with applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.
